Create your returns label for Forever Unique

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original unused condition with all tags intact. Products with traces of fake tan, perfume and / or make up will void the returns process.

We’re unable to offer returns on pierced jewellery, cosmetic, underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

We will process refund/exchanges within 28 working days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been processed.

Please remember to enclose the Return Note and always get a proof of delivery/postal receipt to avoid any complications with your return/exchange.

Please attach your Free Postage Label to the front of your parcel and ensure it is packaged securely and take it to your nearest Post Office.
