Thank you for using our Subsidised Tracked returns service. The cost of this service is a flat fee of £2 and will be deducted from the refund of your returned item We will process refunds and/ or replacements where applicable within 2 working days of receipt. You will receive email confirmation from us once processed.
Please note goods must be returned in original condition and packaged securely and include the RMA number( available from Rex London customer services) . We cannot be held responsible for returned items damaged in transit. Goods returned after 30 days of receipt will not be credited.
