Create your returns label for Redpost Equestrian

Our Returns Label service can be used once per order for your convenience.
For Exchanges
The label is FREE as long as the exchange is of the same value or higher.
For Refunds
If a refund is required (either part or full) then £4.00 will be deducted from the refund as payment for the label.
For Faulty or Incorrect Orders
This must be pre-arranged by emailing returns@redpostequestrian.co.uk or calling 01803 813624. Once returned to us if the item/order is deemed faulty then the label will not be charged for refunds or exchanges.
