Create your returns label for Twinings

Important: This service is intended solely for the return of samples related to quality complaints. If used for any other purpose, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from any applicable refund.

1. Package your samples securely using food-safe materials to protect the product’s quality during transit.
2. Complete the form below. Your reference number can be found in the subject line of our previous correspondence and typically ends in CN or QS.
3. Print and attach the pre-paid Royal Mail label to the outside of your package. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can download the QR code to your mobile device and present it at your local Royal Mail Post Office. They will scan the code and print the label for you.
4. Drop off your package at any Post Office and request a receipt. Alternatively, you can schedule a Royal Mail collection from your home, they can also bring a label with them.
5. Keep your receipt until you receive confirmation from us (via email or letter) that your sample has been received.
