Thank you for your purchase. Please follow the return instructions below to ensure a smooth refund process:
• All items must be new and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Footwear should be tried indoors only and returned in sellable condition.
• We kindly request that you do not tape, mark, or write on the product boxes. A fee may apply if the shoe box is returned damaged.
• We are not responsible for wrong or used items returned. If this happens, customers will need to arrange their own shipping to retrieve those items.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
