Create your returns label for The White Smiles

Please return your order in its original packaging, including the packing slip. If the packing slip is unavailable, kindly include a slip of paper with your name, address, and order number. We ask that you ensure the return is posted to us within 14 days.

We recommend keeping proof of posting to track the return and handle any potential issues. Until the items are received by us, they will remain your responsibility. Please be aware that refunds cannot be guaranteed if returns are not received or are damaged.

For most items, you shouldn't need to worry about their size and weight, but we want to ensure that the Post Office accepts your return. Additionally, please note that the label you generate can only be used once. For any future returns, please reach out to our customer service team.
