Create your returns label for PureMate
To help us give you the right label for your item, we just need to know a bit more about what you're returning and why. For most items you won't need to worry about its size and weight, but to avoid the Post Office refusing your return, we need to double check.
Please include your dispatch note or customer number inside the package.
Please be advised that the label generated can only be used once. Please generate a new returns label for any future returns.
