We are sorry something wasn't right with your order, and we would like to make this right.

We kindly ask you to include the order number in your return package. Otherwise, it may take a long time for your return process to be approved.

The validity of the return label is limited to 7 days. Once the return label has expired, it will become invalid, and a second return label will not be issued. For this reason, we kindly ask you to dispatch your products that you want to return within 7 days after you receive the label.
