Return your item to Planks
Within 24 hours of receiving your return we will email you confirming receipt. We process returns within 5 working days so you will receive another email once your item has either been re-dispatched or a refund has been processed.
The goods remain your responsibility until they arrive to us. We ask that you ensure the parcel is wrapped securely to avoid any damage in transit which could affect your refund/replacement and take it to your nearest post office or book a doorstep collection if that is safe and convenient for you. Be sure to make a note of your tracking number and request a receipt in exchange for your parcel.
Please include the returns slip from the back of your dispatch note.
