- To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please complete the return form provided with your order. Then, securely pack the items in the provided bag using the adhesive strip, or in other suitable protective packaging, along with the completed returns form.
- Our goal is to process all refunds and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the items. However, please note that if we do not receive the return form or during peak periods, this timeline may extend slightly.
- The products must be in unworn condition, in their original box, undamaged and unmarked, with all tags and labels intact.
- Bring your item to any Post office or schedule a free collection on royal mail portal and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.
- Please note because of hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on socks.
