Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date. (60 days for Mountain Warehouse orders). Please make sure items are returned as new, complete, unworn and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. We will not refund items which have been used, worn, damaged or are missing any original packaging, security tags, labels or protective coverings.
Please include your order number, your name, address, email and details of the item(s) you are returning. Once received, we will check the condition of the item(s) returned and we look to process a refund within 5 working days. The refund will be made back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
