Dear customer, when returning your products it is important that they are sent in a safe manner to avoid harming people or property while in transit. Ideally the products should be returned to us in the original packaging. If this is not possible, please ensure that the products have a sufficient amount of packaging around them to create an air gap between the product and any ferrous surface.
Please include your original delivery note in the package, or alternatively a handwritten copy of your order number. Having this information helps our team process your return in a timely manner.
