Please ensure that only orders placed via uk.nuby.com are returned using this label generator.

This will ensure we can process your parcel as quickly as possible.

To help us give you the right label for your item, we just need to know a bit more about what you're returning and why. For most items you won't need to worry about it's size and weight, but to avoid the Post Office refusing your return, we need to double check.

Please include your dispatch note or order number inside the package.

Please be advised that the label generated can only be used once. Please generate a new returns label for any future returns.

A £3.99 returns charge will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return.

If you paid for the order by credit/debit card, Klarna, Google Pay or Apple Pay, we'll deduct the charge from your refund.

Please note, items must be returned within 30 days of being received. Items that are not in a resaleable item will be refused and you will be given the oppertunity to have the order returned to you at a cost.
