Create your returns label for British Attire

At British Attire, we pride ourselves on our history of satisfied online customers. However, if you need to return any item, you can do so within 30 days.

There's no need to contact us before making a return. Simply send back your items using the Royal Mail Tracked label provided through this portal. Print and attach the label to the front of the parcel, ensure it’s securely packed, and take it to any Royal Mail Post Office. Please remember to request a proof of posting receipt, which includes your return tracking number. Please ensure your order number is included either on or inside your parcel.

We strive to process returns and exchanges within 72 hours of receipt, although this may take longer during busy periods. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be credited to your account. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
