Create your returns label for giffgaff

To return your phone complete the form below, you then have three options:

1. Show your QR code to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office where they can print your label for you. You can then attach it to your parcel.
2. Print the return label yourself, attach your Royal Mail Freepost label to the front of your parcel and take to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office.
3. Book a Royal Mail collection using details from the label provided. Please note collection charges are at your own cost.

Ensure everything is packaged securely and take it to your local Post Office to return free or book a collection at your own cost. Be sure to request a receipt in exchange for your parcel as proof of postage and record of your tracking number.
