Returns Policy
• You can return your items up to 28 days from receipt, except for Christmas where we have extended till 31st January.
• Please note: If you bought your products as part of an offer, such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, you will need to return all parts of the offer to receive a full refund.
• If you received a complimentary item free of charge with an order, and the full order is returned without the complimentary item you will be billed for said item.
• Returns are at the customers own risk so please return your items via a registered postal carrier using a tracked and signed for service as we can’t be accountable for lost post.
• If your returned items are lost in transit then you must take this up with the carrier.
• All items must be in a re-saleable condition, have original swing tickets attached and be in the original packaging, in order to receive a full refund.
• Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
• The returns parcel remains your responsibility until the goods are received and booked back into our warehouse.
• Once we have received your package into our warehouse and it has been processed you will be informed of what action is being taken.
• Exchanges are sent out on a standard service (not an express service).
• Exchanges can only be made up to the original value of the goods purchased.
