Create your returns label for Forelock and Fringe Ltd

We have set up the Forelock and Fringe exchange label service for your convenience. Please note, that the labels can only be used once per order.

We offer exchanges for horse & rider clothing items due to sizing issues (We can also accommodate exchanges for colours in some situations) within 14 days of you receiving your order. However, please note that we can only process exchanges for different sizing or colour based on our stock availability, as we are not a traditional shop and do not maintain excess inventory. Therefore, exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired item, and we cannot guarantee exchanges for the exact same colour or style, especially if various colours and styles are sent out to members.

Exchanges must be pre-arranged by emailing contact@forelockandfringe.co.uk any items returned to us without being previously arranged will be returned back to you.
Once the item has been returned to us, we will proceed with shipping the new item as requested.

Please make sure you read and complete our Exchange Form and you enclose it with your parcel (you will receive this when emailing us contact@forelockandfringe.co.uk) If you do not have a printer, please copy what is on our returns form on to a piece of paper and make sure you include this with your parcel. Exchanges cannot be processed if parcels are sent back without this information.
