Create your returns label for Good Health Naturally
Please contact our customer service team on 03337 777 333 to authorise your return and have your order number to hand.
We can accept returns within 14 days of delivery, for a product unused in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new packaging.
You will need to include the following information with your return: Your name, address, order number and an explanation of the reason you are returning the product.
Free Returns within the UK - Simply use the Royal Mail returns service.
1. Visit the Royal Mail website and follow the prompts to generate a returns label.
2. You can print the label at home or use the location finder to find a Post Office branch near you that offers a free label printing service.
3. Drop your parcel at a Post Office branch and obtain proof of posting. Royal Mail can also collect the return from your doorstep for a small fee. You can book a collection here. Make sure to retain your receipt as proof of your return.
Our customer service team will contact you to confirm the refund. Please allow 5 working days from date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.
Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to your original method of payment.
