PLEASE NOTE: The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund (unless we have authorised a free return). It is a flat rate of £4.00 for both Post Office drop off & home collection service.
To return your order please print & attach your Royal Mail free post label to the front of your parcel and include your dispatch note or customer details, and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
• Please ensure it is packaged up securely and take it to your nearest Post Office
• No printer? No problem. Show the Royal Mail team your email label & they will take care of the rest
• You will need to retain your Post Office receipt as proof of return
• UK returns made using the Royal Mail freepost label may take 3-4 working days to be delivered to us
• You can track your parcel online using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service
As per our Returns policy if your item is custom made this is non-returnable unless faulty. Please contact our customer service team at info@scotlandshop.com to discuss before making a return. Please note any unauthorised returns of a custom made item will incur shipping and handling fees.
