Create your returns label for Shuzes
Ordering online doesn't always go as planned, unfortunately, however, we will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise purchased from Shuzes within 30 days from receipt of your order. Returned items must be new, unworn or unused, and must have all outer and inner packaging materials, products with original tags, labels and gift with purchase in place.
So we can process your return request as soon as possible, please provide your order number (e.g. #SHS1234) and the return reason.
Please ensure you take care when returning your product. You are required to take the items to a local Post Office or Delivery Office. Alternatively, you can book a collection on the Royal Mail website (No printer required). Please ask for Proof of Postage and retain this until you have received your refund.
We do not currently offer exchanges for items you wish to return for a different item or size. If you wish to order a different pair or change the size of your product, we advise that you return the item to us and place an additional order to avoid delay and disappointment.
