Thanks for ordering from NTS, please follow the guidelines below with regards to your returns:

• How long do I have to return an NTS product
You can return an item within 28 days of receiving your order to get a refund if it’s in its original condition. If you return within 28 days you’ll be refunded by way of the original payment method. It can take up to 7 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your items to reach NTS.

• What is the NTS returns policy?
If you’ve changed your mind about your order, you need to return it to them within 28 days of receiving it. Make sure your items are in an original, unused condition with all the original packaging and tags intact.

• How long will my NTS refund take?

It can take up to 7 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your items to reach NTS. As soon as your return has been processed you will receive an email.

To make your return, please print and attach your Royal Mail free post label to the front of your parcel – ensure everything is packaged securely and leave with your nearest post office.
Be sure to request a receipt in exchange for your parcel as proof of postage and record of your tracking number.
