Returning your item
1. Package your return and enclose the returns form (you can download this from our website).
2. Check the dimensions are within the size limits below.
3. Print off your pre-paid Royal Mail label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring the original despatch label is covered.
4. Take your parcel to any Post Office where you will be given a receipt. Please retain this until we have emailed you to confirm that your return has been processed.
5. Returns using our pre-paid service are subject to a £3 handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.
