Create your returns label for Forelock and Load Outdoors

We have set up the Forelock and Load Returns Label service for your convenience. Please note, that the labels can only be used once per order.

For Refunds:
If a refund is required (either part or full) then £4.00 will be deducted from the refund as payment for the label.
For Faulty or Incorrect Orders:

This must be pre-arranged by emailing info@foreloackandload.com or calling 01284 811032
Once the item has been returned to us, if we deem it as faulty, we will not charge you for the label.
Further Information:
Please make sure you read and complete our Returns Form and you enclose it with your parcel. You can re-print our Returns Form by visiting https://www.forelockandload.com/pages/returns/ If you do not have a printer, please copy what is on our returns form on to a piece of paper and make sure you include this with your parcel. Refunds cannot be processed if parcels are sent back without any information.
