You will be able to print a Royal Mail Returns Postage Label or scan a QR Code at your Local Post Office, this is a tracked service.

A deduction of £4.99 will be applied to all refunds. This service is free if you wish to exchange, or the item is faulty. For exchanges please include a note inside the package, stating the size you need.

** Please note that this service is not suitable for returning larger items i.e. bodyboards, surfboards, skateboards or large holdalls. These must be returned at your own cost.”
