What a shame your item wasn’t quite right! We want you to be happy with your Secret Halo order, so we are proud to offer Free Returns.
To help us give you the right label for your item/s, we just need to know a bit more about what you’re returning and why.
With regards to its weight and size, for most parcels you won’t need to worry, but just to avoid the Post Office refusing it we ask you to double check.

1. Complete the required details in the boxes below.
2. Print off the prepaid Royal Mail label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring the original despatch label is not showing.
3. Choose to either arrange a free home collection or drop off at your local Post Office.
4. If dropping off at a Post Office, ensure you retain your receipt until your refund has been processed which could take up to 10 working days.
