Goods can be returned for a refund within 28 days from day of purchase. Returned products must unused / not worn, damaged or soiled. All returned Items should have labels attached, and in undamaged original packaging (display boxes undamaged, and returned with the same care and attention as they were delivered. If items are returned in an unsatisfactory or poor condition we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, damage fee or refuse the return / refund. Please complete the returns form and include this within the return ensuring your order number / reference and full details are clearly visible, this will ensure the refund is processed as quickly as possible.

Refunds are usually processed and completed the same day the item is received back into the warehouse, however this may be upto 24 hours during busy times.
