1. Pop your items into the clear-out bag provided. For trade-in item returns use any clean, dry packaging sealed with tape.
2. Complete this form and generate your label. Attach it to the outside of your parcel
3. For multiple parcels, please complete the form multiple times using the same shipment ID.
4. No printer? No problem! Download the QR code on your mobile to show at the Post Office.
5. Take your parcel to any Post Office or arrange a collection on http://royalmail.com/
