Create your returns label for Eleven Loves

We offer free exchanges or returns within 30 days of delivery. For exchanges, we cover the cost of sending replacement items back out to you.

Items can only be accepted if returned unused, in original condition with all labels attached. We check all returned items thoroughly.

Please follow these simple steps:

1. Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging
2. Complete the exchanges and returns form included in your parcel. If you would like to exchange for an item of a different value please email hello@elevenloves.co.uk and we can organise this with you
3. Print your Royal Mail free post label and attach it to the front of your parcel
4. Take your parcel to any Post Office. Please retain your post office receipt as proof of return
5. Once posted, you can track the progress of your parcel using the Royal Mail Track and Trace Service, so you can see when it has arrived with us
6. Please allow up to ten days from date of receipt for us to process your exchange or return
