To help us give you the right label for your item, we just need to know a bit more about what you're returning and why. For most items you won't need to worry about it's size and weight, but to avoid the Post Office refusing your return, we need to double check.

You will receive an email confirming your return has been received.
Returns processed within 2 working days of receiving the parcel. Replacements and refunds processed within 3-5 working days.
