Create your returns label for Toolden

To help us give you the right label for your item, we just need to know a bit more about what you're returning and why. For most items, you won't need to worry about their size and weight, but to avoid the Post Office refusing your return, we need to double-check.

When we receive the item, our returns department confirms that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day that they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.

Please include your order number reference inside the package, otherwise, we won't be able to allocate the return. This can be found on the order confirmation email received from us.

Please be advised that the label generated can only be used once. Please generate a new returns label for any future returns.
