Create your returns label for Massage Warehouse

Welcome to the Massage Warehouse returns portal. You can use this portal to create your label to return your item with Royal Mail.

NOTE: you must create 1 label for every package you are returning- so 2 packages requires using this portal twice to create 2 separate labels.

Please note the cost of your return is £4.50 and we will deduct the amount of the return from your refund when we receive your item back at the warehouse.

This service is only suitable for any parcels that are max size 61 x 46 x 46cm. If your parcel is over this size, you will have to use a courier to return it. We suggest transglobalexpress.co.uk as the cheapest provider.
