If you are not entirely happy with your gift then you can return your item to us within 30 days of receiving it, providing it is sent back in the same condition that it was received. You will then be issued with a credit note to be used on a future purchase. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged by the courier, then please contact us immediately at support@hamperwell.com and provide your order number and pictures of the damage. Our team will work quickly to resolve any issues that you have and a replacement/refund can be organised without causing you any further inconvenience. All refunds will be processed through your original payment method. You should contact your Bank/PayPal/card provider for more information about how long these refunds can take. Our team will efficiently process your refund and you will receive a notification via email once we have done so.
