Create your returns label for Kloff

Returning your item to Kloff, all you need to do is follow a few simple steps below...

1. To start your return, please email us at info@kloffofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once you have received return instructions, create your returns label and re-package your items securely.

3. Now you can print and attach the pre-paid Royal Mail label to the outside of your parcel. No printer, no problem we have you covered. Simply download the QR code on your mobile and take it to your local Royal Mail Post Office, where they can scan the code and print the label for you.

4. You can then take your parcel to any Post Office or arrange for a collection with Royal Mail. Please retain the receipt that you are issued with until you receive an email from the Kloff team advising that your refund has been processed.
