Create your returns label for Syndicate Original
To return your order there are two options.
1. Print & attach your Royal Mail label to the front of your parcel & take it to your local Post Office or arrange a collection.
2. No printer? No problem. Show the Royal Mail team your email label or QR code and they will take care of the rest.
- Please include a note inside the parcel stating your order number so that it can be identified.
- Retain your Post Office receipt as proof of postage.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
- For our items you won't need to worry about parcel size and weight as they won’t exceed those listed below. However, to avoid the Post Office refusing your return, we need to double check.
- Please note at this moment in time we do not offer free returns. If using this Royal Mail service to return an item for refund a charge of £3 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- If using this service to exchange an item(s) an invoice will be sent via email for an additional £3 postage before an exchange can be processed
