Instructions for returning items

To help make your return process as smooth as possible please follow these instructions.

Pack the items carefully

If possible, use the original box that the product arrived in along with the original packaging.
Alternatively, use another, new, sturdy, cardboard box to make sure the items do not suffer any damage during transport.

Add the return label to the parcel

Stick the label to the parcel, making sure it is clearly visible and that the address and barcodes are not covered. Please remove any old, used labels that may still be stuck on the box. Do not use a copy of this label for a second parcel, as each parcel needs its own unique barcode. Should you need to send us more parcels please request a label for each one.

Mail the package

Please take the parcel/s to your nearest Post Office to be sent to the indicated address on the label.
Postage is at no extra cost. Make sure you keep proof of posting and tracking.”
