Please include your dispatch note or customer id inside the package.

If you have already opened an eBay return, then please refer to the eBay rules and regulations in the return and produce the label using their label generator. If you use this label generator as well, it will delay the return process and in turn delay your refund.

Please be advised that the label generated can only be used once. Please generate a new returns label for any future returns.
