Our policy lasts 30 days. You don‘t have to explain yourself. If you‘re not happy with the product - that‘s all we need to know. Ideally, you‘ll tell us why, so we can improve things - but that‘s totally your call.
To return your order please visit https://returns.numbersixlondon.com/ complete the steps below and you will receive an email with your QR code. On the next page, you can find your nearest drop-off point or post office. You can also print a label or book a collection.
Once we have your return, please allow up to 5 days for us to process it. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your request has been completed.
