Create your returns label for IndeJuice
• Please note that returns cannot be processed unless prior agreement and authorisation have been arranged with us. If you have not agreed to a return with us, please contact us at https://indejuice.com/uk/help/ or via My Account > Support Messages.
• Please ensure that the parcel is securely packaged before it is collected, taken to a Post Office, or Customer Service Point.
• No printer is required for this service. Simply show your QR code to a member of Royal Mail staff, and they will take care of the rest.
• Retain your receipt as proof of return, and you can track your parcel using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service. Please allow up to 1 week for the returned parcel to reach us.
• Once we have received your return parcel, we will process it within 5 working days. You will receive a message through our customer support messaging service once your return has been processed.
