Thank you for using our returns service. We will process refunds where applicable within 3 working days of receipt. You will receive email confirmation from us once processed. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt of items. Please note goods must be returned in original condition and packaged securely. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Take your returns to your nearest post office. Be sure to make a note of your tracking number and request a receipt in exchange for your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for returned items damaged in transit. Any faulty items please email us on help@solarbuddies.co.uk as we will want to investigate this further before issuing the return.
