Please only use this returns portal if you have been in contact with our customer service team and a link to this page along with a returns form has been sent to you. If you have not done so yet, please contact our customer service team,via email at customerservice@temptationgifts.com or telephone us on 01494 790424. (Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm). Unless confirmed by us in writing a £3.50 return fee will be deducted from any refund you may be offered.
