Return your item to Bumble and Bumble

1: Print and complete the Returns Note.

2: Re-package your items safely, including the completed Returns Note.

3: Print and attach the pre-paid Royal Mail label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring the original dispatch label is covered. If you don’t have a printer, simply download the QR code on your mobile and take it to your Royal Mail Post Office, where they can scan the code and print the label for you.

4. Take your parcel to any Post Office where you will be given a receipt, or arrange a collection with Royal Mail. Please retain your receipt until we have sent you an email confirming that your refund has been processed.
