To use this service you must supply a valid RMA number below, if you don’t have one please request one at https://orders.buxtons.net.
If we have pre-authorised your return and agreed to cover the return postage costs (e.g. if the items is faulty) this service is free of charge. In the case that we have authorised your return but not agreed to cover return costs (e.g. incorrect size, changed your mind), you may use this service at your own cost, we will deduct the cost of return postage from your refund. Returns that have not been pre-authorised will not be accepted & refunded, please do not attempt to return items without a valid RMA.
