Angling Direct Returns
Our Returns team aims to have your parcel processed and any refund or exchange issued within 48 hours of receipt. If your parcel is being returned for a warranty inspection/repair, your product will be returned to the manufacturer's repair centre within 48 hours of receipt.
Please note: if you are returning for an exchange, we request that you add a brief cover note to your parcel with all the relevant information. Failure to include this information, our Returns team may not be able to process your parcel leading to unnecessary delays.
