When we receive the item for exchange or refund, our returns department will perform due diligence checks to confirm that everything is present and in its original condition. We will then make contact to confirm the date that the exchange will be sent out and update you with tracking information. We process refunds on the same day that we collect from our PO Box, and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. The money will return to your bank account within 3-5 working days. However, please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.
