Create your returns label for Wusthof UK Ltd
We offer a free return service only for orders from our brand store (www.wusthof.co.uk) and if the receipt of their order is not more than 30 days ago, via Royal Mail.
Please Download and enclose the information document with the return shipment so that we can process it as quickly and uncomplicated as possible.
Once you have created your label, attach it to the outside of your package and drop off at your local post office or arrange a collection.
You should prepare the knives properly for the shipping.
Wrap your knives securely in layers of newspaper or bubble wrap and send them in a sturdy cardboard box for the safety of the package handlers.
Please ensure knives are cleaned and do not have tape on the blade, or the knife will not be processed.
No printer? No problem. You will be emailed a QR code which you can show to the Royal Mail team and they will take care of the rest.
Make sure to retain the receipt as proof of your return.
Please note, returns may take 3-5 working days to reach us (this may be longer during busy periods). You will receive confirmation via email when we have received your return, and we are processing your refund or exchange.
We aim to process returns within 7 days (excluding weekends) of the receipt of the parcel in our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, a refund, exchange or credit will be arranged through our service.
