Create your returns label for Latched

Please follow the process outlined below to print off a returns label and send the product back to us. Please ensure that the product(s) are in a new, unused condition, with the labels and swing tags still attached. If possible, please pack the product in the poly mailer in which it arrived. If this is not possible, please ensure that the products are securely packaged as we cannot be held responsible for items during transit. Once we receive the item(s), your refund will be processed to the payment method with which you made the payment.
