Create your returns label for Vape Green

All returns require an RMA authorisation number before they can be returned. Please contact vape green support to obtain an RMA number if you do not have one in order to book a return. For none warranty returns there is a flat fee of £3.50 which will be deducted from the refund of your returned item(s). We will process all returns within 3 working days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used oral products or any e-liquids that have been opened. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaged securely. Goods returned after 30 days of receipt will not be credited.
