Create your returns label for Original Duckhead

To return your order please create your Royal Mail post label and attach it to the front of your parcel. Then, print out the Returns Form, stating the reason for your return/exchange. Ensure your parcel is packaged up securely and take it to your nearest post office. Be sure to request a receipt in exchange for your parcel as your proof of postage and record of your returns tracking number. We will process refunds and exchanges within 72 hours of receipt, this may vary during busy periods. You will receive an email confirmation from us only once your request has been completed.
