If you aren’t satisfied with your order you have 14 days to notify us via the Depop app, and a further 14 days for us to receive your order back. Please note due to the nature of the ReSouled range, we are unable to offer exchanges.
Your shoes must be returned in the original condition they were purchased and you are responsible for the return fee. Please use a tracked service and keep a copy of postage.
Returns must be packaged securely to avoid damage, as you are responsible for the item/s until they arrive with us. If we receive an order that is not in its original condition, it may be sent back to you.
Please include your Depop handle so you can receive confirmation of your return has been processed. Please expect 5-10 working days for the refund to be issued back to your original payment method.
