Create your returns label for Velo
Thank you for being a customer with Velo. We are now offering free returns on all orders via Royal Mail.
Now you have logged your return with our customer care team, scroll down this page and complete the steps to generate your free return label, please remember to add your Return Ref No. so we can process this upon its return to our warehouse . Once you have created your label, please clearly attach it to the outside of your package and drop it off at your local post office.
If you do not have access to a printer, simply use the QR code that will be emailed to you which you can show to the Royal Mail team at your post office who will print this label for you.
Make sure to retain your receipt as proof of your return.
Please note, returns may take 5 working days to reach us, or more during busy periods. You will receive email confirmation from us as soon as we have received and processed your return.
